Acute Consults

Whether you are actuely ill, or just suffered an injury there are herbs that can help your body recover! I offer acute consults to gather information about whats going on, and give herbal recommendations on how to best help your body heal.

If there is no appropriate time available in my schedule feel free to email/text me and see if I can work out seeing you sooner!

Chronic Consults

These days it’s not uncommon to have a chronic issue or another happening with us – and herbs can help here too! I offer chronic consults so we can go more in-depth into your health history and see where herbs can help you meet your health goals.

Herbal Preparations

I keep a wide variety of herbs on hand, and make them into various preparations including tinctures, tea blends, salves, elixirs and more.

I can only offer herbs to clients who have sat in consultation with me. Herbs are available for pickup/delivery in the Rochester, MN area, and I am also happy to ship them to clients who are not in the area.

Pricing Details

Building community and offering accessible care are some of my core values, and I strive to make my services as accessible as possible. All services, including herbal preparations, are offered on a sliding scale. There is no need to provide me any details on your financial situation, but do please consider this blog post by Alexis J. Cunningfolk about the sliding scale model, and where to place yourself on the scale. I have also put her green bottle image below for you to reference.

Acute Consults:

$25 – $50 – $80

Chronic Consults:

$50 – $100 – $160

Herbal Preparations:

Cost for these will vary based on what is being offered – the lowest price on the scale will be what it cost me to purchase the items, and then there will be two tiers of markup allowing me to be paid for my time spent on making the products
